4. Sales Tax & Jurisdiction
TTC is located within the Menominee Indian Reservation in Keshena, Wisconsin. Sales tax collection is applied in accordance with Wisconsin Department of Revenue requirements.
Purchases made by enrolled Menominee tribal members for goods delivered or taken possession of on the Menominee Reservation may qualify for a Wisconsin sales tax exemption.
Customers claiming this exemption must provide appropriate documentation at the time of purchase. For all other customers, applicable Wisconsin and destination-state sales tax will be collected as required by law.

5. Artist Seller Terms
Independent artists who list products through TTC are not employees of Tribal Thread Collective. They are treated as independent sellers or contractors. By participating as a selling artist on TTC, you agree that proceeds from sales will be paid net of any applicable platform or processing fees.
TTC will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC to any artist earning $600 or more in a calendar year. Artists are solely responsible for reporting and remitting their own income taxes.
