Tribal Thread Collective — Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days and(excluding weekends and federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly — we'll notify you via email if your order is affected. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. 

Carriers

Tribal Thread Collective ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.  We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier for your order. Tracking information will be activated within 24 hours of your shipment confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI). Please note that delivery times to these locations may exceed standard estimates. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited orders — standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is accepted.

International Shipping

At this time, Tribal Thread Collective ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout. 

Please be aware that:

- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Tribal Thread Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Estimated international delivery: 10–21 Business Days, depending on destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.  You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@tribalthreadco.com


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery windows, Tribal Thread Collective is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.  If a significant delay is anticipated on our end, we will proactively notify you by email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

- Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Tribal Thread Collective is not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly — if you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, address changes must be handled directly with the carrier and may incur additional fees.

Shipping Policy POD

Orders that are processed and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for order processing before your item ships. Processing times may vary depending on product type and order.
